Very similar to Dr. Hoe massagers but you don’t have to deal with sticky pads, wires and where to attach pads. Just wet your neck, put it on and hit start button and relax. Would have liked better explanations for different modes but very easy to use.

The only complaint I have is the loud high pitched beep with every button press and when it turns off. The loud beep doesn't help my migraines, hurts my ears and also disturbs people sleeping. It would be awesome if it could have a turn off feature or be quieter. I would of given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the loud high pitched beep.
